Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services announce the acquisition of Texar Line Clearance
Lawrenceville, Ga. – April 5, 2024 – Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services (“Xylem Kendall”), leading providers of vegetation management services, are pleased to announce the acquisition of Texar Line Clearance.
Based in Texarkana, Ark., Texar Line Clearance is a family-owned and operated company led by John and Fallon Scoggins. Over the past 15 years, they have established a foothold in vegetation management and line clearance across their region.
