Our History

Kendall and its wholly owned subsidiary, Seelbach and Co., are a family owned and operated business headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Our company traces its roots to 1960 when Ed Seelbach founded a tree trimming company bearing his last name and began selling “Christmas Bushes” and mistletoe to holiday shoppers.

In 1970 Warren Kendall established W. A. Kendall & Company, Inc. and started acquiring and clearing pipeline right of way in Georgia. In 1980 Mr. Kendall bought Seelbach and Co. from his Father-in-Law, Ed Seelbach, and combined the two companies. The merger joined the expertise and experience of the two companies and created one full service vegetation management company.

Kendall now has over 1000 employees engaged in providing professional vegetation management services every day. We have a well-maintained fleet of over 1000 pieces of equipment to help our crews complete their jobs efficiently, safely, and on time.
